1. 合规使用
- 您不得将 RootClaw 的任何服务（包括 AI 对话和 OpenClaw 助手）用于任何违反适用的地方、国家或国际法律法规的目的。
- 您不得生成、传播或协助制作违法、有害、威胁、辱骂、诽谤或其他令人反感的内容。
- 您不得试图规避 RootClaw 实施的安全措施、内容过滤或访问控制。
2. OpenClaw 助手使用规范
- OpenClaw 助手服务器仅供合法的 AI 辅助任务使用，如编程、研究和自动化。
- 您不得利用助手服务器从事任何未经授权或违法的活动，包括但不限于：未经授权访问第三方系统、网络扫描或漏洞利用、加密货币挖矿，或任何违反适用法律的行为。
- 严禁在助手服务器上使用 P2P 文件共享、BT 下载及类似的下载活动。
- 任何滥用服务器资源的行为，包括过度消耗带宽或降低服务质量的活动，将导致服务立即终止。
3. 账户责任
- 您对通过您的账户进行的所有活动承担全部责任。您必须妥善保管您的登录凭证。
- 未经 RootClaw 明确书面授权，您不得将账户或 API 访问权限共享、转售或转让给任何第三方。
- RootClaw 保留监控使用模式以确保合规的权利。
4. 内容与数据
- 您保留使用我们服务创建的内容的所有权。但您授予 RootClaw 为提供服务所需的有限许可来处理该内容。
- RootClaw 不保证 AI 生成内容的准确性、完整性或可靠性。您有责任在使用前验证和核实任何输出。
- 我们采取合理的安全措施保护您的数据，但您承认没有系统是完全安全的。
5. 服务变更与可用性
- RootClaw 保留随时修改、暂停或终止任何部分服务的权利，无论是否事先通知。
- 我们不保证服务不间断或无错误运行。计划内和计划外的维护可能影响可用性。
- 功能可用性可能因订阅套餐而异，且可能随时调整。
6. 执行与终止
- RootClaw 保留自行决定暂停或永久终止违反本条款的账户的权利，且无需事先通知。
- 因违反政策导致账户被终止的，已支付的订阅费用或剩余额度将不予退还。

Terms of Service

Please read the following terms carefully before using RootClaw services. By continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Compliant Use
- You must not use any RootClaw services (including AI conversations and OpenClaw assistant) for any purpose that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.
- You must not generate, distribute, or assist in creating illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content.
- You must not attempt to circumvent security measures, content filters, or access controls implemented by RootClaw.
2. OpenClaw Assistant Usage
- OpenClaw assistant servers are intended solely for legitimate AI-assisted tasks such as programming, research, and automation.
- You must not use assistant servers for any unauthorized or illegal activities, including but not limited to: unauthorized access to third-party systems, network scanning or exploitation, cryptocurrency mining, or any actions violating applicable laws.
- P2P file sharing, BitTorrent downloads, and similar activities are strictly prohibited on assistant servers.
- Any abuse of server resources, including excessive bandwidth consumption or degradation of service quality, will result in immediate service termination.
3. Account Responsibility
- You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your account. You must keep your login credentials secure.
- You may not share, resell, or transfer your account or API access to any third party without explicit written authorization from RootClaw.
- RootClaw reserves the right to monitor usage patterns to ensure compliance.
4. Content & Data
- You retain ownership of content created using our services. However, you grant RootClaw a limited license to process such content as necessary to provide the service.
- RootClaw does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. You are responsible for verifying any output before use.
- We take reasonable security measures to protect your data, but you acknowledge that no system is completely secure.
5. Service Changes & Availability
- RootClaw reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect availability.
- Feature availability may vary by subscription plan and may be adjusted at any time.
6. Enforcement & Termination
- RootClaw reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
- Subscription fees or remaining credits will not be refunded for accounts terminated due to policy violations.
- RootClaw retains final interpretation rights over these terms. All enforcement decisions are made at RootClaw's sole discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
- RootClaw shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
- By using RootClaw services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless RootClaw and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the services.
